MartinoRossi For the Planet is an international project which aims to tackle head on the threat of deforestation in Colombia, with invaluable support and experience from non-profit organization Environomica.

Our aim

A 12,000-TREE-A-YEAR COMMITTMENT

As partial offsetting of the CO2 produced for the transport and delivery of our products to our customers, we have decided to plant 12,000 trees per year, for a total of 2,400,000 kg of CO2 compensated in one year of activity.

The Trees

EIGHT SPECIES, ONE GOAL: FOREST REPOPULATION

We’ve chosen a number of native tree species, ones which we consider right for our reforestation project. These eight species have been chosen based on their risk of extinction, the special functions they have within forest ecosystems and the important role they play for the economy of native communities and as a food source.
